Who this covers

This site is operated by Raghaw Mishra, trading as Raghaw.Digital, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Throughout this page, "I" and "me" refer to that business, and "you" refers to anyone visiting the site or enquiring about services.

What information gets collected

Information you give me directly

When you fill in the contact form, email me, or book a call, you're sharing things like:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name and website
• Details about your business, ad spend and what you're trying to solve
• Anything else you choose to include in a message

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, some data is gathered as you browse:

• IP address and approximate location (city or region level, not your street)
• Browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time on page, and the link or search that brought you here
• Cookie identifiers, where you've consented to them

Client account data

If we work together, I'll have access to your advertising accounts and analytics. That data belongs to you. It's used only to do the work you've hired me for, and it isn't copied, sold, or used for anyone else's campaigns.

Why it's used

• To reply to you. If you enquire, your details are used to respond and arrange a call.
• To deliver the service. Managing campaigns, producing reports, and communicating about the work.
• To improve the site. Aggregate analytics showing which pages are useful and which aren't.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations. Invoices and tax records have to be kept for a set period.

Your details are not added to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask to be. There's no newsletter and no automated follow-up sequence.

Legal basis for processing

Where GDPR or similar regulations apply to you, processing is based on: your consent (for cookies and analytics), contract (to deliver services you've engaged me for), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and running the site securely), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Who your data is shared with

Your information isn't sold, rented or traded. It is processed by a small number of service providers who help run the business:

• Website hosting and domain services
• Email providers used for correspondence
• Analytics services, such as Google Analytics
• Advertising platforms, where you've consented to advertising cookies
• Scheduling tools used to book calls
• Accounting and invoicing software

Some of these providers are based outside India and may process data in other countries. Where that happens, they're expected to maintain appropriate safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a court order, or a valid request from a government authority.

How long it's kept

• Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 24 months, then deleted
• Client records and correspondence: for the length of the engagement plus 7 years, to satisfy tax and accounting requirements
• Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics provider, typically 14 months

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data is held about you and get a copy
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Ask for your data to be deleted, where there's no legal reason to keep it
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, including for cookies
• Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email raghaw.digital@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days. You may be asked to confirm your identity first, which is a protection for you rather than an obstacle.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your information — encrypted connections, access controls, two-factor authentication on business accounts, and limited access to client data. No system is perfectly secure, and no honest business claims otherwise, but the standard practices are followed.

Children

These services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. Personal information from children isn't knowingly collected. If you believe a child has provided information, get in touch and it will be removed.

Third-party links

This site links to other websites. Once you follow one of those links, this policy no longer applies — the site you land on has its own, and it's worth reading.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the business or the law changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged clearly on the site.
