When refunds apply, when they don't, and how to cancel — written plainly so there's nothing to argue about later.
Last updated: 13 August 2026These are professional services delivered as time and expertise, not products shipped in a box. Once work has been done, it can't be returned. So the policy below is built around what has been delivered rather than what has been paid.
That said, if something has genuinely gone wrong, tell me. Most disputes are better solved by a conversation than by a policy document.
Either side may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice by email. During that notice period work continues as normal and fees remain payable. This exists so campaigns can be wound down or handed over properly rather than abandoned mid-flight.
Money paid to Meta, Google or any other advertising platform is not paid to me and cannot be refunded by me. Those platforms have their own billing and dispute processes, and any claim about ad spend has to go through them. Management fees and media spend are always separate.
To be direct about it:
A refund will be issued, without a fuss, where:
Email raghaw.digital@gmail.com with your invoice number and what happened. Requests are acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved within 10. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method, which typically takes 5–10 working days to appear depending on your bank.
Please raise any issue with me before going to your bank or card provider. A chargeback filed without prior contact will be contested with the relevant records, and it usually costs both of us more time than simply talking would have.
This policy may be updated. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you engaged the service.
